Thank you for using the ThankU App (“Application”), owned by Onengage Solution Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your data in compliance with Indian laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The ThankU App enables businesses to send appreciation and engagement messages via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. We act only as a technology intermediary and do not control message content.
We may collect business verification data (GSTIN, UDYAM, PAN, Aadhaar), account details (name, email, phone), and customer data uploaded by users. Users must ensure proper consent before uploading such data.
We collect IP address, device details, browser type, logs, delivery reports, and analytics data for performance, security, and fraud prevention.
Location access is optional and used only for service optimization and analytics. Users can disable this anytime.
Data is used for authentication, service delivery, compliance, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving platform performance.
Users are responsible for ensuring all uploaded customer data is collected legally with proper consent.
Messages are sent using system-defined templates. Users control recipients and must ensure consent. The Company is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized messaging.
The Application operates as an intermediary under Indian law and is entitled to safe harbour protections.
Users agree to indemnify the Company against any legal claims arising from misuse or violation of laws.
We use encryption and secure systems, but cannot guarantee absolute security against breaches beyond control.
Data is retained only as necessary. Users may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal limits.
Data may be shared with telecom operators, WhatsApp API providers, email services, and cloud partners strictly for service delivery.
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, misuse, or violation of terms.
All platform rights remain the exclusive property of the Company.
