Credits and usage
Credits consumed for delivered, attempted, or processed messages are generally non-refundable. Unused credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility case by case.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice or a payment succeeded without credits being added, contact us with the payment ID and registered mobile number. Valid duplicate or failed-payment cases will be corrected or refunded.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment processor timelines may vary.
