You may use ThankU only for lawful business communication and customer engagement. You are responsible for account access, staff permissions, uploaded customer data, and message consent.
3. Messaging compliance
You must not send spam, misleading content, illegal content, or messages to people who have not consented where consent is required. You must comply with telecom, platform, and data protection rules that apply to your business.
4. Payments and credits
Paid credits, plans, and invoices are governed by the pricing shown at checkout and our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply based on your billing profile.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
ThankU's software, brand, designs, and content belong to ThankU or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and content you upload.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ThankU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
